Bolsonaro Administration Authorizes Transition of Power

Though Jair Bolsonaro, the outgoing president of Brazil, did not clearly acknowledge losing, his chief of staff said that his administration would begin transferring power to President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
