*Security footage captured a daring robbery at an Atlanta cash-checking business where two thieves cut through the roof and crashed landed in the store, stealing over $100k in cash.
The incident occurred on September 3, and the Atlanta Police Department has released footage to aid in identifying the suspects. The robbers startled the store’s manager, Teyoka Glenn, who initially thought they were workers due to ongoing construction, NBC News reports. After forcing Glenn to open a safe, they tied her up and escaped through the back door with the cash.
They made off with a duffel bag containing an estimated $150,000 in cash. The two suspects are believed to have used power tools to cut through the store’s roof. Police believe a third person acted as a lookout.

Authorities are investigating whether this heist is related to another break-in the same day at a nearby business, where a burglar accessed the store by breaching a wall.
“Because both of those investigations remain active and ongoing, we have no further information that is available,” a police spokesperson said.
